Barry Brinkley

Barry has over 15 years of diverse sales experience, ranging from b2b and b2c across various sectors. These divisions that he has previously worked in include; Luxury Brands, Training, Commercial Kitchen Services and working for the UK’s largest Life Insurance Brokerage.

After growing up in the UAE, this was a major participating factor for Barry to return and relocate to the Middle East.

It was in 2021 when Barry first transitioned into the world of Recruitment. Joining a Cyber Team, where he progressed and developed in this niche area, securing many sales-focused roles across different tech sectors within the MENA region. Alongside this, Barry also built up a strong Cyber Salespeople network, building long-lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.

Barry is thrilled to be part of the ecap Digital / Monstarlab Team and looks forward to adding to ecap’s growth in both the Middle East and Globally!

In his spare time, Barry enjoys watching Rugby and Ice Hockey. He also is an avid photographer and loves going to festivals.
