Adam Blake

Adam has over 15 years experience recruiting in the technology sector. He began his career in London, working with a leading global technology recruitment firm – Harvey Nash. He focused on contract recruitment across all sectors in the South UK region. In 2009 Adam relocated to Dubai, still networking within the technology market but focusing more on Sales/Marketing and mid-senior technical permanent recruitment.

In 2015, Adam with his business partner Stephen, established his own recruitment company – Insignia, with the sole objective to provide long-term, committed service to our clients. Adam is recognized as a trusted advisor in the areas of Networking/Cyber Security and Cloud Infrastructure, offering useful insights and market intelligence from the local and global markets.

Following 6 successful years, Insignia was acquired by an Executive Search company Ecap, and rebranded as Ecap Digital. Our ambition is to scale globally, further developing our expertise in different technology sectors such as Digital Media, Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure, Fintech, Blockchain and Digital Consulting. For the last two years, Adam has successfully run an RPO for one of the most powerful and influential global Cyber Security companies.

Adam is a keen sportsman, with football his biggest passion. An avid supporter of his beloved Everton Football Club. Adam is married with three children, all born and bred in the UAE, a place Adam is proud to call home.
